Peace comes from living a simple life, close to nature, and rooted in giving back.

I learned that:

I used to live for the next vacation.

Each time I returned, the stress and anxiety came back; the relief never lasted. I was counting down my life instead of making my life count.

At the time, I had a stable job and was living a “good” life, but inside, I was completely drained and burnt out.

After losing both my grandparents in a short span of time, I flew to Sikkim with no itinerary, but with just one intention to answer the big questions weighing on my heart.

I stayed for weeks, then months. I listened to the stories that nature had for me and observed the lives of the Sikkimese people.

Then, it hit me. I wasn’t tired from working; I was tired of the way I was living.

I learned that peace comes from living a simple life, close to nature, and rooted in giving back.

Taking a leap of faith, I left my stable job, and created Feels Like Om out of deep gratitude and love.

Feels Like Om exists for three groups of people.

  • First, for Sikkim, who continues to teach me what really matters.

  • Second, for the weary city dwellers who are burnt out and searching for peace.

  • Third, for you, because whatever reason brought you here, I hope you stay.

With Feels Like Om, you get slow, intentional journeys rooted in nature, community, and connection, far from the tourists and crowds, deep in the heart of Sikkim.

These journeys are an invitation into the relationships I’ve spent years nurturing, into the wisdom that can’t be taught but must be felt, and into the healing that comes when we live in harmony with nature.

No two journeys are the same, and you don’t need to have it all figured out.

Just come with an open heart.

Sikkim and Feels Like Om will take care of you.
